Remediation Action Plan definition

Remediation Action Plan means the plan prepared by the Supplier in accordance with Paragraph 10.20 to 10.24, addressing the vulnerabilities and findings in a IT Health Check report
Remediation Action Plan means a plan:
Remediation Action Plan means a written description of remediation action properly designed or planned as such to reduce or mitigate the human health and ecological risk posed by the subsurface contamination detected at a subject contaminated land property.

More Definitions of Remediation Action Plan

Remediation Action Plan means any plan approved by a Site Auditor for the remediation of any part of the Land, or land on which the Works will be located, including by way of adoption and implementation of an environmental management plan, if required for the purpose of obtaining any Approval. Services means all water, gas, electricity, television, drainage, sewerage, cable TV, data communications, telecommunications and other services which are required under a development consent within the meaning of the Act or an Approval. Site Auditor has the same meaning as in the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997 (NSW).
Remediation Action Plan means the plan prepared by the Qualified Environmental Professional under Part 6.3 of this Bylaw;
Remediation Action Plan means the plan approved by a Site Auditor for the Remediation of that part of Land identified as Area 4A, on Map 2 in Schedule 3 which may include by way of adoption and implementation of an environmental management plan, if required for the purpose of obtaining Development Consent.
