Remedial Provisions definition
Remedial Provisions means (a) Section 3.3 and Section 6 of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and (b) Article IX of this Base Indenture.

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, any rights and remedies and all representations and covenants contained in this Article V (Remedial Provisions) are qualified by and shall be subject to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.
