REMCo member means a person for the time admitted to membership of REMCo under the REMCo Constitution.
☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Founding Member means any individual who is either:
Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.
Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.
Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization
Council Member means a member of the Council;
Unit Member refers to any employee who is included in the certificated employees' bargaining unit and, therefore, covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;
Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement
Scheme Member means an Eligible Person who is included in the Scheme as per the Scheme rules as member of that Scheme.
Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.
Plan Member means each Member any of the assets of which are subject to any Plan Governing Law.
Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.

Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.
Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
A Member means a companion, fellow, member, honorary member, associate or affiliate of the Society
Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
Employee Member means a member of the “Bargaining Unit”.

Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.
Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.
