  • We hereby unconditionally and irrevocably agree and accept that the decision made by REMCL in respect of any matter regarding or arising out of the RfS shall be binding on us.

  • Response submitted by the Bidder shall become the property of the REMCL and REMCL shall have no obligation to return the same to the Bidder.
