Remarketing Agent Notice definition

Remarketing Agent Notice means the notice given by the Remarketing Agent to the Administrator and Xxxxxxx Mac pursuant to Section 6.06(a)(iii) of the Standard Terms with respect to remarketing proceeds received by the Remarketing Agent related to remarketed Class A Certificates.

Related to Remarketing Agent Notice

  • Remarketing Agent has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(i).

  • Remarketing Agent(s) has the meaning set forth in the Supplemental Indenture.

  • Market Agent Agreement With respect to any Series, the agreement, if any, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Trustee and the Market Agent, the form of which will be attached to the related Supplement, and any similar agreement with a successor Market Agent, in each case as from time to time amended or supplemented.   • Calculation Agent Agreement means the Calculation Agent Agreement dated as of May 18, 2018 between the Company and the Calculation Agent, as amended from time to time.

  • Remarketing Agreement means the Remarketing Agreement, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit P hereof, to be entered into among the Company, the Purchase Contract Agent and the Remarketing Agent(s), as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified or replaced from time to time.

  • Auction Agent Fee has the meaning set forth in the Auction Agent Agreement.

  • Redemption Agent means that Person, if any, appointed by the Issuer to hold funds deposited by the Issuer in trust to pay to the Holders of shares to be redeemed.

  • Warrant Agent Agreement means that certain Warrant Agent Agreement, dated as of the Initial Exercise Date, between the Company and the Warrant Agent.

  • Prepayment Notice means a notice by the Borrower to prepay Loans, which shall be in such form as the Appropriate Party may approve.
