Remaining Initial Engines definition

Remaining Initial Engines means each of the Initial Engines that is not owned by a Facility Engine Trust or a WEST Engine Trust as of the opening of business in New York, New York on the Initial Closing Date as described in Schedules 1B and 2B to the Acquisition Transfer Agreement.

  • As and to the extent provided in Section 3.03(a), an amount equal to the aggregate Cash Payment Amounts for the Remaining Initial Engines will be transferred from the Collections Account out of the proceeds of the Initial Notes (after any other deposits or transfer out of such proceeds) to the Engine Purchase Account.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
