Remaining Distributable Cash Flow definition

Remaining Distributable Cash Flow with respect to any Fiscal Quarter or any Capital Event means the amount of Distributable Cash Flow for such Fiscal Quarter or Capital Event, less the amounts distributed pursuant to Section 3.4 with respect to such Fiscal Quarter or such Capital Event. Company shall distribute any Remaining Distributable Cash Flow with respect to Residual Units as provided in Section 3.1.

  • Distributable Cash Flow means the cash flow available for distribution to Shareholders as dividends as described under “Dividends”;

  • Distributable Cash means, as of any relevant date on which a determination is being made by the Manager regarding a potential distribution pursuant to Section 4.01(a), the amount of cash that could be distributed by the Company for such purposes in accordance with the Credit Agreements (and without otherwise violating any applicable provisions of any of the Credit Agreements).

Upon termination of the obligations created by this Agreement and liquidation of REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III, the amounts which remain on deposit in the Certificate Account after payment to the Holders of the REMIC III Regular Interests of the amounts set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, shall be distributed to the Class R-1, Class R-2 and Class R-3 Residual Interests in accordance with the preceding sentences of this definition as if the date of such distribution were a Distribution Date.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Tax Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(i).

  • Net Loss Proceeds means, with respect to any Event of Loss, the proceeds in the form of (a) cash or Cash Equivalents and (b) insurance proceeds, condemnation awards or damages awarded by any judgment, in each case received by an Obligor from such Event of Loss net of:

  • Class B Distribution Amount Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Distribution Amounts.

  • Total Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Interest Remittance Amounts for such date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such date; and (iii) all Prepayment Premiums collected during the related Prepayment Period.

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Class A Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributable to the Subclasses of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs first, second, third and fourth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
