Remaining Capped Real Estate Value definition
Remaining Capped Real Estate Value means, in respect of an Interest Payment Date, the sum of the allocated capped real estate value as set out in Schedule 11 to each Servicing Agreement in respect of those properties that secure Receivables and Properties that continued to be owned by the Issuer and the Propcos as of the Collateral Determination Date immediately prior to such Interest Payment Date.
