Remaining Businesses definition

Remaining Businesses means Remaining Business-I of Demerged Company-I and Remaining Business-II of Demerged Company-II referred collectively;
Remaining Businesses means the ABNL Remaining Business and the MGL Remaining Business, collectively; “Applicant Company” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 1.3 above;
Remaining Businesses means all the existing business of Transferor Company except the De-merged Undertaking.
