The Licensor may at any time within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Licensee's estimate of the Relocation Costs rescind its Relocation Notice by giving written notice to the Licensee to that effect.
Upon receipt of not less than one hundred and twenty (120) days advance written notice from the Licensor, (a "Relocation Notice") the Licensee shall relocate the Licensee's Equipment and the Deemed Area.
