Relocated Asset definition

Relocated Asset means any tangible asset or property of any Credit Party that constitutes, or under this Agreement, any Collateral Document or any other Credit Document is required to constitute, Collateral that is located outside of the nation in which such Credit Party is organized (and, for the avoidance of doubt, any such asset or property shall be deemed to be ineligible for inclusion in the Borrowing Base once it constitutes a Relocated Asset).

Related to Relocated Asset

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Principal Location has the meaning assigned thereto in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Good Reason, above.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Unmanned aerial vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.

  • Admitted assets means the amount thereof as of the last day of the most recently concluded annual statement year, computed in accordance with rule 191—5.6(505,515,520).
