Relief services definition

Relief services means the temporary coverage of a physician ’s practice by another physician for a predetermined time during the physician ’s absence and before the physician ’s return.
Relief services means both public and private ser- vices, including but not limited to services provided through the government, community agencies, volunteer organizations, relatives, friends, neighbors, etc., that are intended to improve the overall well-being and physical condition of the family. The services must be affordable, reasonable, readily available, and appropriate to meet the needs of the family. It is not necessary that the relief services be provided by us.

Examples of Relief services in a sentence

  • Relief services for Musicians who work less than the full Season will be prorated according to the formula for pro rata vacations set forth in Section 11.2. Musicians will be given at least three (3) weeks' written notice of the scheduling of such relief services.

  • This is the current procedure for use of Scheduled Relief services, and is made part of the Placement Agreement.

  • In consideration of the performance and/or completion of the work for Emergency and/or Disaster Relief services, the Owner agrees to pay Contractor as compensation for Contractor’s services, the cost associated with actual labor hours associated with Direct Supervision as set forth herein.

  • Each Musician shall receive a minimum of eight (8) paid Relief services.

  • Relief services will not be granted for core classical series services, and are not to be used to accept other professional engagements.
