A Relief Pilot shall not be required to work more than 14 shifts in any 28 day period, unless mutually agreed upon.
If a Relief Pilot is scheduled for less than 14 shifts in a 28 day period, no penalty shall be incurred by the Relief Pilot regarding salary and no averaging of the Relief Pilot’s time balance with previous or subsequent months.
