Relief Care definition

Relief Care means the services provided on a periodic basis for the relief of, or due to the temporary absence of, a person normally available to provide supports to an individual. Relief care may include 24-hour relief care or hourly relief care. Individuals receiving relief care are included in the licensed capacity of a home as described in OAR 411-360-0060.
Relief Care means the intermittent services described in OAR 411- 300-0150 that are provided on a periodic basis for the relief of, or due to the temporary absence of, a primary caregiver.
Relief Care means the intermittent services described in OAR 411- 308-0120 that are provided on a periodic basis of not more than 14 consecutive days for the relief of, or due to the temporary absence of, a child's primary caregiver.
