Reliability Run Test definition

Reliability Run Test. The part of the Commissioning Tests carried out on the Facility in accordance with Section 8.3 and Schedule 6 to demonstrate the reliable operation of the Facility.

Reliability Run Test. The part of the Commissioning Tests carried out on the Complex in accordance with Section 8.3 and Schedule 7 that demonstrates the reliable operation of the Complex, which shall be the continuous operation of the entire Complex from sun-up to sun-down on consecutive Days (subject to there being minimally acceptable Ambient Site Conditions for testing purposes) for an aggregate period of forty-eight (48) hours during which period the Complex shall deliver to the Interconnection Point Net Delivered Energy equivalent to the energy produced by the Contract Capacity for the full test period, taking into account losses and adjusted for the Ambient Site Conditions prevailing during the Reliability Run Test period as measured by the Meteorological Station.
