Relevant Tax Returns means the Tax returns of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries which have not been filed or agreed with the relevant Tax Authority in relation to the Relevant Tax Affairs;

The Purchaser shall and shall procure that after the Closing Date any of the Group Companies prepare and file all Tax returns concerning periods until and including the Accounts Date ("Relevant Tax Return" or "Relevant Tax Returns") in line with past practice and in accordance with applicable law.
