Relevant Service Providers definition

Relevant Service Providers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).
Relevant Service Providers means all (i) employees of Company or its Subsidiaries, (ii) natural person consultants and independent contractors who have agreements in effect with Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) former employees or natural person consultants and independent contractors of the Company or its Subsidiaries, (iv) Transferred Employees, and (v) service providers of any ERISA Affiliate of the Company or its Subsidiaries, but as to this prong (v), only to the extent there is or may be Liability imputed to Purchaser due to the application of any contract or applicable Law.
Relevant Service Providers include all (i) employees of Company or its Subsidiaries, (ii) consultants and independent contractors who have agreements in effect with the Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) former employees or consultants who are or were related to the Business and whose arrangements could give rise to successor Liability to Purchaser under any Contract or applicable Law and (iv) Transferred Employees. There are no existing Liabilities (contingent or otherwise) relating to actions or inactions of the Company, Caladrius, their ERISA Affiliates, or their agents that could be imputed to Purchaser by virtue of successor liability principles under Tax Law, ERISA, or employment or labor laws, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Liabilities or obligations under any Employee Benefit Plan or similar arrangement, sponsored by Company, Caladrius, or any ERISA Affiliate thereof.
