Relevant Non-Compete Period definition

Relevant Non-Compete Period shall include the period of Employee’s employment with the Company as well as a period of eighteen (18) months after such employment is terminated, regardless of the reason for such termination provided, however, that this period shall be reduced to the greater of (i) nine (9) months or (ii) the total length of Employee’s employment with the Company, including employment with any parent, subsidiary or affiliated entity, if such employment is less than eighteen (18) months;
Relevant Non-Compete Period shall include the period of Executive’s employment with the Company as well as a period of twelve (12) months after such employment is terminated, regardless of the reason for such termination provided.
Relevant Non-Compete Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the later of (x) the date of termination of this Agreement and (y) eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date, regardless of the reason for such termination;

Examples of Relevant Non-Compete Period in a sentence

  • For the duration of Executive’s Relevant Non-Compete Period or other restrictive covenant period, whichever is longer, Executive agrees to promptly notify the Company no later than five (5) business days of Executive’s acceptance of any employment or consulting engagement.

Related to Relevant Non-Compete Period

  • Non-Compete Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending twelve months after the earlier of the expiration of the Employment Period or the Executive’s Date of Termination.

  • Noncompete Period or "Nonsolicitation Period" means the period beginning the date hereof and ending on the second anniversary of the termination of Employee's employment with Employer.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.

  • Non-Compete Term means in the case of termination for any reason, the period from the Effective Date to the date ending 2 years following the date of termination.

  • Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Restrictive Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years after the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending eighteen months after the Date of Termination;

  • Non-Compete Agreement means that certain Non-Compete Agreement between the Company and the Executive in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Post-Employment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.

  • Non-Compete Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

  • Restraint Period means the period described in Item 10 of the Schedule;

  • Retention Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Period of Limited Activity means any period of time during which a person is confined in a Hospital or nursing facility or if not confined, unable to carry on the regular and usual activities of a healthy person of the same age and sex.

  • Voting Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date of this Agreement and ending on (and including) the Expiration Date.

  • Non-Competition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Covenant Period means the period of time from the date of this Agreement to the date that is two years after the Date of Termination.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:
