Relevant Jurisdictions definition

Relevant Jurisdictions means each of the Cayman Islands, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Libya, Iraq, Qatar, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt and Syria;
Relevant Jurisdictions means, in relation to an Obligor:
Relevant Jurisdictions has the meaning set out in Section 3.4(e).

Examples of Relevant Jurisdictions in a sentence

  • The Lender is not or will not be deemed to be resident, domiciled or carrying on business in its Relevant Jurisdictions by reason only of the execution, performance and/or enforcement of any Finance Document.

  • Subject to Legal Reservations, any judgment obtained in relation to a Transaction Document in the jurisdiction of the stated governing law of that Transaction Document will be recognised and enforced in its Relevant Jurisdictions.

  • Subject to Legal Reservations, the choice of the law stated to be the governing law of each Transaction Document will be recognised and enforced in its Relevant Jurisdictions.
