Relevant Insured Amount definition

Relevant Insured Amount means, in relation to a Mortgaged Ship as at any relevant date, an amount in Dollars equal to the Relevant Fraction as at such date of the Loan as at such date;

  • Special Primary Insurance Policy Any Primary Insurance Policy covering a Mortgage Loan the premium of which is payable by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.04(a), if so identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
