Unless “Principal Protected Redemption” applies investors bear the risk of loss of principal if a Credit Event and a Relevant Event Determination Date occur.

If the Asset Package is not capable of being transferred to Securityholders (excluding due to market conditions), or is not the type typically traded in, or suitable for being traded in, financial markets, the Asset shall be deemed to be an amount of cash equal to the market value thereof as determined by the Determinations Agent in accordance with these Credit Linked Conditions which is likely to be less than the Calculation Amount as at the Relevant Event Determination Date and may be zero.

You should note that if an Additional Disruption Event occurs at any time prior to the redemption of the Securities (including after the occurrence of a Relevant Event Determination Date), the Securities may be redeemed at the Early Cash Settlement Amount pursuant to Condition 5.5 (Early Redemption following the occurrence of a Specified Early Redemption Event) instead of at the Credit Event Redemption Amount pursuant to Credit Linked Condition 3 (Redemption of Cash Settled CLSs).

Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

LIBOR Determination Date has the meaning specified in Schedule A.
Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.
Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).
LIBOR Interest Determination Date means the second LIBOR Business Day preceding each LIBOR Rate Reset Date.
Section 11(a)(ii) Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
Rate Determination Date means two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period (or such other day as is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in such interbank market, as determined by the Administrative Agent; provided that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such other day as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent).
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(a)(ii)(D).
Stipulated Loss Value Determination Date Each date set forth on Schedule III of the Lease.

VWAP Market Disruption Event means, with respect to any date, (A) the failure by the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed, or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded, to open for trading during its regular trading session on such date; or (B) the occurrence or existence, for more than one half hour period in the aggregate, of any suspension or limitation imposed on trading (by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant exchange or otherwise) in the Common Stock or in any options contracts or futures contracts relating to the Common Stock, and such suspension or limitation occurs or exists at any time before 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on such date.
Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.
Prepayment Rate Determination Date means the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the date that such prepayment shall be applied in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 2.4.1 hereof.
