Relevant Entertainment definition

Relevant Entertainment means any live performance or any live display of nudity which is of such a nature that, ignoring financial gain, it must reasonably be assumed to be provided solely or principally for the purpose of sexually stimulating any member of the audience (whether by verbal or other means).

Examples of Relevant Entertainment in a sentence

  • Relevant Entertainment shall take place only in the designated areas approved by the Licensing Authority as shown on the licence plan.

  • Arrangements for access to the dressing room shall be maintained at all times whilst Relevant Entertainment is taking place and immediately thereafter.

  • Where Relevant Entertainment is provided in booths, or other areas of the premises where private performances are provided, the booth or area shall not have a door or other similar closure, the area shall be constantly monitored by CCTV, and access to the booth or other area shall be adequately supervised.

  • Relevant Entertainment shall be given only by Performers and the audience shall not be permitted to participate in the relevant entertainment.

  • Whilst each application will be considered on its own merits, in light of the exemption in relation to the provision of relevant entertainment on an infrequent basis1, the Council takes the view that waivers are unlikely to be appropriate in relation to Relevant Entertainment and would only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

An applicant will be expected to set out the exact nature, extent and scope of the relevant entertainment.

  • Adult entertainment means any exhibition of any adult-oriented: motion pictures, live performance, computer or CD Rom generated images, displays of adult-oriented images or performances derived or taken from the internet, displays or dance of any type, which has a substantial portion of such performance any actual or simulated performance of specified sexual activities or exhibition and viewing of specified anatomical areas, removal or partial removal of articles of clothing or appearing unclothed, pantomime, modeling, or any other personal service offered customers.

  • Entertainment generally means the attendance by you and your hosts or guests at a meal, sporting event, theater production, or comparable event and also might include travel to, or accommodation expenses at, a conference or an out-of-town event.

  • Professional entertainer means a person who performs services in the professional performing arts for wages or other remuneration on a per-event basis.

  • Place of entertainment means a public or private entertainment facility, such as a stadium, arena, racetrack, museum, amusement park, or other place where performances, concerts, exhibits, athletic games, or contests are held, for which an entry fee is charged, to which the public is invited to observe, and for which tickets are sold. "Place of entertainment" does not include a ski area.

  • Lodging means living accommodations available to the employee for full-time occupancy which are adequate, decent, and sanitary according to usual and customary standards. Employees shall not be required to share a bed.

  • Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.

  • Lodging establishment means any of the following:

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Investment Enterprise means an enterprise to which the Borrower proposes to make or has made an Investment Sub-loan;

  • Business enterprise means a firm, sole proprietorship, partnership, association, corporation, company, or other business entity of any kind including, but not limited to, a limited liability corporation, incorporated professional association, joint venture, estate, or trust.

  • Education means planned and organized activity by a consultant to impart information to employers and employees to enable them to establish and maintain employment and a place of employment that are safe and healthful.

  • Paraplegia means the permanent Paralysis and functional loss of use of both lower limbs.
