Relevant Adviser definition

Relevant Adviser means the individual working for or on behalf of an Authorised Person or Appointed Representative, who provides information, advice and assistance to an Applicant in relation to a Mortgage Application, and/or submits a Mortgage Application on behalf of the Applicant.
Relevant Adviser means a person listed in Part A of the Schedule to the Order, or authorised by the Tribunal upon further application, who has given a written undertaking to the Tribunal in the terms of Part B to the Schedule.

  • When a Relevant Adviser is admitted to or removed from the Confidentiality Ring the relevant party will provide to the Tribunal an up-to-date list of the membership of the Confidentiality Ring.

  • If any party wishes to add any additional person as a Relevant Adviser for the purposes of paragraph 2.2 of this Order, they shall apply to the Tribunal indicating whether each of the other parties consents or does not consent to the addition of that person.

  • You and/or the Relevant Adviser shall advise Us of all material facts known by or divulged to You and/or the Relevant Adviser in relation to all Applications submitted to Us.

  • With the exception of solicitors’ or counsels’ notes, and to the extent permitted by law or any applicable professional conduct regulations, copies of all or any (as appropriate) Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to this Order (in both hard and soft copy) must be destroyed insofar as is technologically possible or made inaccessible at the conclusion of these proceedings, or when a Relevant Adviser ceases to be involved in these proceedings.

  • If any party wishes to add any additional person as a Relevant Adviser for the purposes of paragraph 2(b) of this Order, they shall apply to the Tribunal indicating whether each of the other parties consents or does not consent to the addition of that person.

  • I will not disclose the Confidential Information (as defined in the Tribunal's Order) to any person who is not a Relevant Adviser (as defined in the Tribunal’s Order) without the express consent of the person originally disclosing the information or the permission of the Tribunal.

  • If any party wishes one of its Relevant Advisers to be removed as a Relevant Adviser for the purpose of this Order, they shall inform the Tribunal in writing (copying the representatives of the other parties).

Related to Relevant Adviser

  • Adviser means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;

The term does not include an individual who:

  • Relevant Amount means the amount of contributions which would have been required to be made by the relevant employer had such contributions been obligatory under the Central Provident Fund Act in respect of —

  • Fund Adviser means any entity that acts as a manager, adviser or sub-adviser to a Legg Mason Fund.
