relevant ADRR Forum definition

relevant ADRR Forum means the Forum, having the meaning ascribed to it in the ADRR, to which a Relevant Dispute is allocated for resolution in accordance with the ADRR;
relevant ADRR Forum means the Forum, having the meaning ascribed to it in the ADRR, to which a Relevant Dispute is allocated in accordance with the ADRR;

Examples of relevant ADRR Forum in a sentence

  • In respect of any such dispute which is referred for resolution under the ADRR the parties shall agree in a Procedure Agreement, as defined in the ADRR, that the relevant ADRR Forum shall have regard to any relevant criteria and/or policy statement most recently issued by ORR.

  • The parties shall procure that all details of any determination by a relevant ADRR Forum shall be notified to ORR within seven days after the date of the determination.

  • Following notification under paragraph 10.6 or 10.9 ORR may either consent to the supplement agreed by the parties or determined by the relevant ADRR Forum or may, having consulted the parties, determine a different supplement.
