Examples of Releasing Plaintiff Persons in a sentence
The Settling Parties agree that, apart from the Settlement Payment and the releases provided in Paragraphs 6 and 8 below, Plaintiff and the Releasing Plaintiff Persons are not entitled to any other payments or consideration from any of the Released Defendant Persons in respect of the Released Claims.
The Parties agree that, apart from the Payment, the releases provided in Paragraphs 7 and 9 below, and as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, Plaintiff and the Releasing Plaintiff Persons are not entitled to any other payments or consideration from any of the Released Defendant Persons in respect of the Released Claims.
The obligations incurred pursuant to this Stipulation shall be in full and final dismissal, discharge, settlement and disposition, with prejudice, of: (a) the Delaware Consolidated Action; (b) any and all Released Plaintiff Claims as against the Released Defendant Persons by any of the Releasing Plaintiff Persons; and (c) any and all Released Defendant Claims as against the Released Plaintiff Persons by any of the Releasing Defendant Persons.
The Settlement is intended to extinguish all of the Settled Plaintiff Claims and Settled Defendant Claims and, consistent with such intention, upon the Effective Date of the Settlement, the Releasing Plaintiff Persons and Releasing Defendant Persons shall waive and relinquish, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions, rights, and benefits of any state, federal, or foreign law or principle of common law, which may have the effect of limiting the release set forth above.
The Settling Parties agree that, apart from the Settlement Payment and the releases and covenants provided in Paragraphs 10 and 11 below, Plaintiff and the Releasing Plaintiff Persons are not entitled to any other payments or consideration from any of the Released Defendant Persons in respect of the Released Claims.
