Release Pad definition

Release Pad has the meaning specified in Section 9.29.
Release Pad has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 of this Agreement.
Release Pad means each of Pad C (“Pad C”), Pad E (“Pad E”), the Wells Fargo Pad (the “Wells Fargo Pad”) and the Jack in the Box Pad (the “Jack in the Box Pad”), as such pads are identified on the site map attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by this reference.

Examples of Release Pad in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as no Default or Potential Default has occurred and is continuing, Administrative Agent shall, after any Release Pad has been released pursuant to Section 9.29 hereof, refund to Borrower all Termination Fee Deposits applicable to any Improvements situated on such Release Pad.

  • If repayment in full of the Loan shall occur after the third anniversary of the Closing Date, the Exit Fee shall equal the product of (x) three-quarters of one percent (0.75%) and (y) the Original Principal Amount minus the sum of (A) the aggregate Monthly Principal Payments theretofore paid and (B) any Release Pad Release Price payments previously received by Lender and applied to Loan principal.

Related to Release Pad

  • Release Amount means, for a Property, the following applicable amount together with any other amounts specified in Section 2.4.4:

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Lease Payment means any form of payment, including a land lease, by a public entity to the private entity for the use of a qualifying project.

  • Release Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Release means any release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, injection, escaping, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of any Hazardous Material into the indoor or outdoor environment (including the abandonment or disposal of any barrels, containers or other closed receptacles containing any Hazardous Material), including the movement of any Hazardous Material through the air, soil, surface water or groundwater.

  • Release Price As defined in Section 4.5(a).

  • Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the Excess Overcollateralized Amount.

  • Work release means a program of partial confinement

  • Release Event has the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Aggregate Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for each Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Overcollateralization Amount for such date, calculated for this purpose on the basis of the assumption that 100% of the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such Distribution Date is applied on such date in reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates, exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Lease Payment Date means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, the 5th Business Day immediately preceding such Interest Payment Date.

  • Release Time The following procedures shall apply for release time:

  • Maintenance Release means any update, upgrade, release or other adaptation or modification of the Software, including any updated Documentation, that Contractor may generally provide to its licensees from time to time during the Term, which may contain, among other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility, capabilities, performance, efficiency or quality of the Software.

  • Hazardous Materials Contamination means contamination (whether now existing or hereafter occurring) of the improvements, buildings, facilities, personalty, soil, groundwater, air or other elements on or of the relevant property by Hazardous Materials, or any derivatives thereof, or on or of any other property as a result of Hazardous Materials, or any derivatives thereof, generated on, emanating from or disposed of in connection with the relevant property.

  • Released Property means any portion of the Project removed, scrapped, traded in, sold, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to Section 4.03 hereof, any portion of the Project stolen, damaged, destroyed, or taken by condemnation or eminent domain proceedings as described in Article VII hereof, and any infrastructure which the Company dedicates to the public use (within the meaning of that phrase as used in Section 12-6-3420(C) of the Code).

  • Hazardous Substance Condition means the occurrence or discovery of a condition involving the presence of, or a contamination by, a Hazardous Substance as defined in Paragraph 6.2(a), in, on, or under the Premises.

  • emission allowance means a financial instrument as defined in point (11) of Section C of Annex I of Directive [new MiFID].

  • Individual PAGA Payment means the Aggrieved Employee’s pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties calculated according to the number of Workweeks worked during the PAGA Period.

  • SHIPPING RELEASE means the document issued by the inspector or the inspection agency nominated by the Purchaser authorising the Contractor to ship the Stores on satisfactory completion of inspection.

  • Release Condition means the following:

  • Escrow Release Conditions means, collectively, the conditions set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Spill means the release of manure, manure contaminated runoff, or process wastewater from the confines of an animal feedlot, manure storage area, manure transfer system, or other component used to collect, transfer, or store manure, manure contaminated runoff, or process wastewater that if not recovered would pollute waters of the state. Spill includes releases from activities associated with land application that do not comply with this Permit.
