Relative Return definition

Relative Return means the Company's Total Shareholder Return, as measured at the end of the Performance Cycle, relative to the Total Shareholder Return earned by a group of comparable companies.
Relative Return means the percentile ranking of the Company's Average Return on Assets, as measured at the end of a Performance Cycle, based on the Average Returns on Assets earned by a group of comparable chemical companies.
Relative Return means the percentile ranking of the Company’s Average Return on Assets, as measured at the end of a Performance Cycle, based on the Average Returns on Assets earned by a group of comparable chemical companies.

After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Administrative Review means any decision making process of the director requested by a party aggrieved with an action taken under these rules except the hearing process described in OAR 436-001.

  • Bankruptcy Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date prior to the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Bankruptcy Loss Amount will equal $100,000.00 minus the aggregate amount of Bankruptcy Losses allocated solely to the Class B Certificates in accordance with Section 4.02(a) since the Cut-Off Date.   • Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

  • Income Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Income Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

  • Consolidated Return means a Tax Return filed with respect to Federal Income Taxes for the Consolidated Group.

  • Company Returns is defined in Section 3.15(a) of the Agreement.

  • Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Pre-Tax Earnings means the Corporation's earnings before income taxes as reported in the Company's Consolidated Income Statement for each fiscal year of the Performance Period, excluding any non-cash charge incurred in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP) for any restricted stock or restricted stock unit awards granted during the Performance Period and all options, restricted stock and other equity compensation granted to Directors during the Performance Period.

  • Pre-Tax Contributions means, for any Participant, the aggregate of the Participant's Basic Pre-Tax Contributions and Supplemental Pre-Tax Contributions contributed to the applicable Pre-Tax Contribution Account.

  • Initial Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount $226,715.

  • Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount As of any date of determination, the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount shall equal the Initial Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount as reduced by (i) the aggregate amount of Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-off Date and (ii) any permissible reductions in the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount as evidenced by a letter of each Rating Agency to the Trustee to the effect that any such reduction will not result in a downgrading, qualification or withdrawal of the then current ratings assigned to the Classes of Certificates rated by it.

  • Cumulative Net Realized Tax Benefit for a Taxable Year means the cumulative amount of Realized Tax Benefits for all Taxable Years of the Corporate Taxpayer, up to and including such Taxable Year, net of the cumulative amount of Realized Tax Detriments for the same period. The Realized Tax Benefit and Realized Tax Detriment for each Taxable Year shall be determined based on the most recent Tax Benefit Schedule or Amended Schedule, if any, in existence at the time of such determination.
