Related Writing definition

Related Writing means each Loan Document and any other assignment, mortgage, security agreement, guaranty agreement, subordination agreement, financial statement, audit report or other writing furnished by any Credit Party, or any of its officers, to Agent or the Lenders pursuant to or otherwise in connection with this Agreement.

Related Writing means any Note, assignment, mortgage, security agreement, Subordination Agreement, guaranty agreement, financial statement, audit report, officer’s certificate or other writing furnished by the Borrower, the Parent or any of their respective officers to the Agents or the Banks pursuant to or otherwise in connection with this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the Guaranty.
Related Writing means any assignment, mortgage, security agreement, subordination agreement, financial statement, audit report or other writing furnished by the Company or any of its officers to the Lenders pursuant to or otherwise in connection with this Agreement.
