Related Party/ies means in respect of a Person, such Person’s Affiliates, Relatives, associates, Shareholders, Directors and senior management personnel (including Affiliates and Relatives of the foregoing), it being agreed that the Promoters (and their Affiliates and Relatives) shall in all cases be deemed to be Related Parties of the Company;
