Related Litigation definition

Related Litigation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.16(b) hereof.
Related Litigation has the meaning given such term in the recitals preceding this Settlement Agreement.
Related Litigation means the Related Hyundai Litigation and the Related KIA Litigation, as those terms are defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • This Agreement, including all associated exhibits and attachments, is made for the sole purpose of attempting to consummate a settlement of the Litigation and Related Litigation on a class-wide basis.

  • Value Finance agrees, on the Effective Date, not to file a lawsuit against any Class Member seeking to collect any amount related to a Secured Obligation subject to this Agreement, and, within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date, to dismiss with prejudice any such lawsuit that was filed before the execution of this Agreement, including the Related Litigation, which Value Finance shall dismiss as settled, discontinued, and ended.


More Definitions of Related Litigation

Related Litigation means any and all claims, demands, or Legal Proceedings: (a) to which Synopsys is or becomes a party, or to which Synopsys expects it may become a party, and that relates to (i) the Transaction or (ii) any act or omission taken or alleged to have been taken by Nassda, any Subsidiary or other affiliate of Nassda, or Specified Individual; or (b) to which Nassda, any Subsidiary or other affiliate of Nassda, or Specified Individual is or becomes a party concerning any circumstances, facts, events or occurrences which existed or occurred prior to or as of the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, “Related Litigation” includes the securities class action lawsuits titled ▇▇▇▇▇ v. Nassda Corporation et al., 3:2004cv02942 (N.D. Cal.) and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ v. Nassda Corporation et al., 3:04-cv-03803 (N.D. Cal.), the derivative action titled Israel v. Nassda Corporation et al., CA645-N (Del. Ch. Ct.).
Related Litigation has the meaning given to such term in Section 18.l(a). "Sale Documents" means together this Agreement, the Bills of Sale and the Acceptance Certificates and any agreement amending or supplementing any of the foregoing documents, and all other documents required to be executed or delivered pursuant to or in furtherance of this Agreement. "SDN List" has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.2. "Second Acceptance Deposit" has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.8(a). "Seller" means, in relation to (a) Aircraft 1 and Aircraft 3, Seller 1; and (b) Aircraft 2, Seller 2, together the "Sellers" and each a "Seller".   • Transaction Litigation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(d).

  • Litigation as used herein shall include administrative enforcement actions brought by governmental agencies. The Grantee must also disclose any material litigation threatened or pending involving Subcontractors, consultants, and/or lobbyists. For purposes of this section, “material” refers, but is not limited, to any action or pending action that a reasonable person knowledgeable in the applicable industry would consider relevant to the Work under the Grant Agreement or any development such a person would want to be aware of in order to stay fully apprised of the total mix of information relevant to the Work, together with any litigation threatened or pending that may result in a substantial change in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s financial condition.
