Related Investment Funds definition

Related Investment Funds means (a) any current or potential investment funds, co-investment funds, successor investment funds and other investment vehicles and managed accounts under direct or indirect common management, governance or control and other similar investment management relationships with, the Brookfield Investors or their respective Affiliates and (b) current or potential limited partners or members of each Person described in clause (a).
Related Investment Funds means (a) any current or potential private equity funds, parallel investment funds, co-investment funds, successor investment funds and other investment vehicles and managed accounts under direct or indirect common management, governance or control and other similar investment management relationships with, the Investor or its Affiliates and (b) any current or potential limited partners or members of each Person described in clause (a).
Related Investment Funds means all Parallel Funds and Alternative Investment Funds established by the General Partner or any of its Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement or the governing document of the relevant Parallel Fund or Alternative Investment Fund, as the context requires.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Permitted Investments means:
