Related Exchangeable Certificates. As to any Class or Classes of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates, the Class or Classes of Exchangeable Certificates included in the same Combination Group.
Exchangeable Certificates The Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates.
Exchange Certificates Means the pass through certificates substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in exchange for the Initial Certificates pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement and authenticated hereunder.
Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.
Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.
Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-AB Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto.
Additional Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(d).
Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.
Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class B Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class B-1 Certificate, Class B-2 Certificate or Class B-3 Certificate.
Class D Certificates “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.
Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.
Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Underlying REMIC Certificates The REMIC Certificates held in the Trust and evidencing beneficial interests in the REMIC Trust. US Bank: U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association. ARTICLE II The Trust
Applicable Certificate Has the meaning specified in Section 1.01 of this Trust Supplement.
Class X-D Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto.
Class L Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class L" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Accrual Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
LIBOR Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.
Class A-8 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 and Exhibit C hereto.
COFI Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.
Control Eligible Certificates Any of the Class E, Class F and Class G Certificates.
Class D Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class D” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
