Related Committed Purchaser means each Person listed as such (and its respective Commitment) for each Conduit Purchaser as set forth on the signature pages of the Agreement or in any Assumption Agreement or Transfer Supplement.

The Transfer Supplement shall be an amendment hereof only to the extent necessary to reflect the addition of such Purchasing Related Committed Purchaser as a “Related Committed Purchaser” and any resulting adjustment of the selling Related Committed Purchaser’s Commitment.

More Definitions of Related Committed Purchaser
Related Committed Purchaser means each Person listed as such (and its respective Commitment) as set forth on the signature pages of this Agreement or in any Assumption Agreement or Transfer Supplement. “Related Rights” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Sale Agreement. “Related Security” means, with respect to any Receivable: (a) all of the Seller’s and the Originator thereof’s interest in any goods (including returned goods), and documentation of title evidencing the shipment or storage of any goods (including returned goods), the sale of which gave rise to such Receivable, (b) all instruments and chattel paper that may evidence such Receivable, (c) all other security interests or liens and property subject thereto from time to time purporting to secure payment of such Receivable, whether pursuant to the Contract related to such Receivable or otherwise, together with all UCC financing statements or similar filings relating thereto, (d) solely to the extent applicable to such Receivable, all of the Seller’s and the Originator thereof’s rights, interests and claims under the Contracts giving rise to or securing payment of such Receivable, and all guaranties, indemnities, insurance and other agreements (including the related Contract) or arrangements of whatever character from time to time securing payment of such Receivable, whether pursuant to the Contract related to such Receivable or otherwise, and (e) all of the Seller’s rights, interests and claims under the Sale Agreement and the other Transaction Documents. “Relevant Governmental Body” means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor thereto

Related Committed Purchaser means, with respect to any Conduit Purchaser, each Committed Purchaser set forth opposite such Conduit Purchaser's name on Schedule A, or the entity specified as such in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Joinder Agreement pursuant to which such entities became party hereto, and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
