Examples of Related Bonds in a sentence
Unless otherwise specified in a Series Indenture (in which the Authority may designate one or more Classes of Related Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations as General Obligations) the Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations shall be special limited obligations of the Authority payable solely from the moneys, rights and interest pledged therefor in this Master Indenture.
This shall include a description of the services with indication of the objectives, contracting parties and duration.
The Financial Information and Operating Data include information with respect to the Obligated Persons identified in Schedule 1 hereto, and such Obligated Persons constitute all of the Obligated Persons with respect to the Related Bonds for the fiscal year covered by the Quarterly Report.
Related Bonds means the revenue bonds or other obligations (including, without limitation, certificates of participation) issued by any Government Issuer, the proceeds of which are loaned or otherwise made available to an Obligated Group Member in consideration of the execution, authentication and delivery of an Obligation or Obligations to or for the order of such Government Issuer.
Related Bond Indenture means any indenture, bond resolution, trust agreement, or other comparable instrument pursuant to which a series of Related Bonds are issued.
