# RELATED ACCRUAL PERIOD definition

RELATED ACCRUAL PERIOD means with respect to any Distribution Date or Determination Date, the Accrual Period immediately preceding such Distribution Date or the Accrual Period in which the Determination Date falls, respectively.

## Related to RELATED ACCRUAL PERIOD

• Accrual Period With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and each Distribution Date, the period commencing on the preceding Distribution Date (or in the case of the first such Accrual Period, commencing on the Closing Date) and ending on the day preceding the current Distribution Date. With respect to the Class C Certificates and each Distribution Date, the calendar month prior to the month of such Distribution Date.

• Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

• Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

• Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 2022-2) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.

• Collection Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the period commencing on the second day of the month immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the first day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

• Monthly Period shall have the meaning specified in the Agreement, except that the first Monthly Period with respect to the Series 2001-D Certificate shall begin on and include the Closing Date and shall end on and include June 30, 2001.

• Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

• Damages Accrual Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2(e) hereof.

• Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

• Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

• Specified Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Specified Credit Enhancement Amount over (b) the Specified Reserve Balance, each with respect to such Distribution Date.

• Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

• Accumulation Reserve Funding Period means, (a) if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be one (1) month, there shall be no Accumulation Reserve Funding Period and (b) otherwise, the period (x) commencing on the earliest to occur of (i) the Monthly Period beginning three (3) calendar months prior to the first Transfer Date for which a budgeted deposit is targeted to be made into the Principal Funding sub-Account of the Class A(2022-1) Notes pursuant to Section 3.10(b) of the Indenture Supplement, (ii) the Monthly Period following the first Transfer Date following and including the May 2023 Transfer Date for which the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2%, but in such event the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not be required to commence earlier than 24 months prior to the Expected Principal Payment Date, (iii) the Monthly Period following the first Transfer Date following and including the November 2023 Transfer Date for which the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3%, but in such event the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not be required to commence earlier than 18 months prior to the Expected Principal Payment Date, and (iv) the Monthly Period following the first Transfer Date following and including the January 2024 Transfer Date for which the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 4%, but in such event the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not be required to commence earlier than 16 months prior to the Expected Principal Payment Date and (y) ending on the close of business on the last day of the Monthly Period preceding the earlier to occur of (i) the Expected Principal Payment Date for the Class A(2022-1) Notes and (ii) the date on which the Class A(2022-1) Notes are paid in full.

• REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.

• Spread Account Percentage means, (i) 0% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is greater than or equal to 5.00%, (ii) 2.00% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 5.00% and greater than or equal to 4.50%, (iii) 2.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iv) 3.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (v) 4.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (vi) 5.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vii) 6.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 1.50%, (viii) 7.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 1.50% and greater than or equal to 0.50% and (ix) 8.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 0.50%.

• REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 1% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP) minus (ii) the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, in each case as of such date of determination.

• Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.10.

• Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.

• Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

• Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

• Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

• Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

• Current Accrual Rate means, with respect to each Payment Date and any Reference Obligation, the current mortgage rate, less the greater of (i) the related servicing fee rate and (ii) 35 basis points.

• Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

• Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

• Interest Carry Forward Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A Certificates or the Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) the amount, if any, by which (a) the Interest Distribution Amount for such Class of Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date exceeded (b) the actual amount distributed on such Class of Certificates in respect of interest on such immediately preceding Distribution Date, (ii) the amount of any Interest Carry Forward Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date and (iii) accrued interest on the sum of (i) and (ii) above calculated at the related Pass-Through Rate for the most recently ended Interest Accrual Period.
