Rejection Claims Bar Date definition

Rejection Claims Bar Date means the first Business Day that is 30 days after the earlier of: (x) the date of entry of an order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the rejection of the relevant Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease and (y) the Effective Date.

Rejection Claims Bar Date means the first Business Day that is 30 days after the earlier of:
