Rejected Executory Contract/Unexpired Lease List definition

Rejected Executory Contract/Unexpired Lease List means the list (as may be amended) of Executory Contracts and/or Unexpired Leases (including any amendments or modifications thereto) that will be rejected pursuant to the Plan, as determined by the Debtors and the Requisite First Lien Lenders pursuant to the Plan Support Agreement.
Rejected Executory Contract/Unexpired Lease List means the list, of Executory Contracts and/or Unexpired Leases (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, that will be rejected pursuant to the Plan which will be filed with the Plan Supplement.

More Definitions of Rejected Executory Contract/Unexpired Lease List

Rejected Executory Contract/Unexpired Lease List means the list, if any, and any amended list, if any, as determined by the Debtors in accordance with the Restructuring Support Agreement, identifying Executory Contracts and/or Unexpired Leases that will be rejected by the Reorganized Debtors pursuant to the Plan, and which shall be Filed with the Plan Supplement and shall be acceptable to the Debtors and the Required Supporting Noteholders.
