Rejected Claims means all claims rejected according to the claims

  • Within fourteen (14) days after the Claims Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will also submit to the Parties a report listing all initially rejected Claims (“Initially Rejected Claims List”), and shall include an electronic PDF copy of all such initially rejected Claim Forms.
