  • Reinvestment Shares are held in the registered account for the Shareholder and are calculated to three decimal places.

  • All Reinvestment Shares issued or transferred under the DRP will be registered on a register, including a subregister, of shareholders selected by the Company, being a register on which the participant already holds shares.

  • Subject to the terms of the Plan, and any elective deferral pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement, within 2½ months following the year in which the Performance Period ends and the Final Award is no longer subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture, the Company shall distribute to Participant the number of Shares comprising the Final Award and the number of Distribution Reinvestment Shares calculated as provided in Section 3.

Related to Reinvestment Shares

  • Management Shares means a management share in the capital of the ICAV which shall have the right to receive an amount not to exceed the consideration period for such Management Share.
