Reinsurer Statutory Book Value definition

Reinsurer Statutory Book Value means, with respect to any Eligible Asset, the amount carried in respect of such asset by the Reinsurer as an admitted asset determined in accordance with Illinois SAP.
Reinsurer Statutory Book Value shall have the meaning set forth in the Reinsurance Agreement.
Reinsurer Statutory Book Value means with respect to any Eligible Asset, the amount carried in respect of such asset by the Reinsurer as an admitted asset determined in accordance with SAP of the Reinsurer's domiciliary state, but disregarding any permitted practices applicable to the Reinsurer.
