Reinstatement Notice definition

Reinstatement Notice means the notice to be delivered by the Issuer to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 7.2 (Loss Absorption Mechanism - Reinstatement) specifying the Reinstatement Amount and the Reinstatement Effective Date;
Reinstatement Notice means a notice given by the Lessor to the Lessee of the Lessor’s intention to carry out the Reinstatement Works; and
Reinstatement Notice means a notice given by the Lessor to the Lessee of the Lessor's intention to carry out the reinstatement works; and

Reinstatement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(f)(ii).
