Reimbursement Fees definition

Reimbursement Fees means the reimbursement of any claim submitted through our web portal;
Reimbursement Fees. All fees, if any, and expenses incurred from time to time by Lender and its affiliates relating to its financing for the Facility shall be due and payable to Lender or such affiliates when incurred by Lender or such affiliates.
Reimbursement Fees means the Fee, the LC Fee, the Commitment Fee, the Arrangement Fee and any accrued interest thereon.

  • Agent Fees has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(c).

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;
