Regulatory Settlement Agreement definition

Regulatory Settlement Agreement means that certain Regulatory Settlement Agreement by and among the Company and the states party thereto, dated as of July 14, 2020.
Regulatory Settlement Agreement means the Regulatory Settlement Agreement, dated as of March 30, 2008, by and among CSHI, Bankers Life and Casualty Company and the signatory regulators thereto.
