Regulatory Permission definition

Regulatory Permission means, in relation to any action, such notice, regulatory permission (and/or, as appropriate, consent, approval or waiver) as is required therefor under prevailing Loss Absorption Regulations (if any);
Regulatory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, notice, approval, non-objection and/or waiver) as is required therefor under prevailing Loss Absorption Regulations (if any);

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any failure by the Issuer to obtain Regulatory Permission (whether from the Relevant Regulator or otherwise) as contemplated above shall not constitute a default of the Issuer under the Notes or for any purpose.

  • Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.
