Regulatory Materials definition

Regulatory Materials means, with respect to a Licensed Product for any particular indication in any particular jurisdiction, regulatory applications and submissions (and any supplements or amendments thereto), and any notifications, communications, correspondence, registrations, drug master files, Regulatory Approvals and/or other filings made to, received from or otherwise conducted with a Regulatory Authority, including BLAs and INDs, as applicable, that relate to such Licensed Product in such jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials also include presentations, responses, and applications for Regulatory Approvals.
Regulatory Materials means materials developed or compiled in preparation for Regulatory Authority meetings, regulatory applications, submissions, dossiers, notifications, registrations, Regulatory Approvals and/or other filings made to or with, or other approvals granted by, a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable for the Development, manufacture, market, sale, or Commercialization of a Licensed Product in a particular regulatory jurisdiction.
Regulatory Materials means any regulatory application, submission, notification, communication, correspondence, registration and other filings and submissions made to, received from or otherwise conducted with a Regulatory Authority in order to research, develop, manufacture, or commercialize a Licensed Product in a particular country or jurisdiction. “Regulatory Materials” include all INDs, BLAs, XXXx and Marketing Approvals.

Regulatory Materials means the regulatory registrations, applications, authorizations and approvals (including approvals of MAAs, supplements and amendments, pre- and post-approvals, pricing and reimbursement approvals, and labeling approvals), Regulatory Approvals and other submissions made to or with any Regulatory Authority for research, development (including the conduct of Clinical Trials), manufacture, or commercialization of a pharmaceutical or diagnostic product in a regulatory jurisdiction, together with all related correspondence to or from any Regulatory Authority and all documents referenced in the complete regulatory chronology for each MAA, including all Drug Master Files (if any), INDs and supplemental biologics license applications (sBLAs) and foreign equivalents of any of the foregoing.
Regulatory Materials means any regulatory application, submission, notification, communication, correspondence, registration, Regulatory Approval, or other filing made to, received from or otherwise conducted with a Regulatory Authority related to Developing, Manufacturing, obtaining marketing authorization, marketing, selling or otherwise Commercializing a pharmaceutical product in a particular country or jurisdiction.
