Regulatory License definition

Regulatory License means any authorization, license, registration, permission, permit, easement, franchise, grant, variance, exception, exemption, consent, certificate, certification, approval or confirmation of non-objection of any Governmental Entity of competent jurisdiction.

Regulatory License means any license, approval, consent, authorization, grant or other authority issued by the FCC, any State public utility commission, municipal or county government or agency or any other governmental consent that is required to perform any activity under this Agreement, but shall not be construed to mean any license, approval, consent, authorization, grant or other authority that may be issued or become available under Section 271 of the Act.

Regulatory License means each Permit, license and related approvals authorizing the Company or any Subsidiary to operate in the State of California that can lawfully cultivate, produce, process and sell medical cannabis and cannabis products.

• If any Regulatory License ceases to be valid, subsisting and in good standing or if any Permit material to the business of Credit Parties is withdrawn, cancelled, suspended or adversely amended in a manner which, in each case, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

• If any Material Regulatory License with respect to Arizona, Maryland, Minnesota and New York ceases to be valid, subsisting and in good standing, if any Borrower operating in any of the foregoing States is not permitted to use a Material Regulatory License in such State or if any Material Regulatory License is withdrawn, cancelled, suspended or adversely amended in a manner that would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

• There shall never be committed by any Loan Party, and no Loan Party shall ever permit any other Person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property to commit any act or omission affording any Governmental Authority the right of forfeiture against (i) the Property or any part thereof, (ii) any Regulatory License, (iii) any other Collateral, or (iv) any monies paid in performance of the Obligations.

Regulatory License means all licenses, permits, approvals, authorizations, registrations, findings of suitability, franchises and entitlements issued by any Regulatory Authority necessary for the lawful conduct of activities by the Company under Regulatory Laws.

For purposes of this definition only, neither the U.S. Federal government nor any agency thereof shall constitute a Governmental Authority.

Regulatory License means any marketing authority conveyed by a New Drug Approval, Emergency Use Authorization, fast track approval, or their equivalents granted by a Regulatory Agency.

Regulatory License means the license and related approvals authorizing the Acquired Company to operate as a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center that can lawfully produce, process and dispense medical marijuana and marijuana products pursuant to under the Florida Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act of 2014.

Regulatory License means each Government Approval required to be held by Borrower, or that Borrower must have rights to use, to conduct its Cannabis Business or Support Business, as applicable, in compliance with State Cannabis Laws.
