Regulatory Fines definition

Regulatory Fines means any civil monetary fine or penalty imposed as a result of a Disciplinary or Regulatory Proceeding. Regulatory Fines shall not include any criminal fines, disgorgement of profits, multiple damages or civil monetary fines or penalties that are not insurable by law.
Regulatory Fines means fines, penalties, or sanctions awarded for a violation of any “Privacy Regulation”.

More Definitions of Regulatory Fines

Regulatory Fines means any civil monetary fine or penalty imposed by a governmental authority of any state or any body of the European Union in such entity’s regulatory or official capacity under a Regulatory Proceeding. Regulatory Fines shall not include any civil monetary fines or penalties that are not insurable under Czech law, criminal fines, disgorgement of profits or multiple damages.
