Regulatory Fees definition

Regulatory Fees monthly fees (which are not Service Fees, Taxes, or government-imposed charges), including Emergency Services Fees (or E911 Service Fee in the US) and Regulatory Recovery Fees (in the US), charged by 8x8 or its Affiliate for each number (including without limitation toll free and virtual numbers) associated with telephony Ordered SaaS Services, to offset costs incurred by 8x8 and its Affiliates in complying with inquiries from, and obligations imposed on them by, regulatory bodies and/or governmental agencies.
Regulatory Fees recurring fees (which are not Service Fees, Taxes, or government-imposed charges), including Emergency Services Fees (or E911 Service Fee in the US) and Regulatory Recovery Fees (in the US), charged by 8x8 or its Affiliate for each number (including without limitation toll free and virtual numbers) associated with telephony Ordered SaaS Services, to offset costs incurred by 8x8 and its Affiliates in complying with inquiries from, and obligations imposed on them by, regulatory bodies and/or governmental agencies.
Regulatory Fees means fees required by Governmental Authorities or applicable Laws in support of any statutory or regulatory programs, established by Law now in force or enacted in the future with respect to the supply of the Services provided by TELUS under this Agreement. Regulatory Fees shall be in addition to, but shall not include, Taxes.

Examples of Regulatory Fees in a sentence

  • If the previous year’s Regulatory Fee exceeded the SGA’s actual cost of regulation, any excess which was paid will be applied as a credit to the payment of Regulatory Fees in such next year.

  • Other than as may be provided in connection with a negotiated fee, Regulatory Fees may be paid for an entire year in advance of the date on which the billing year commences, or within 45 days of being notified of the forthcoming year’s Regulatory Fee, whichever last occurs, in which event the Tribe shall receive a 10% discount.

  • Except for a negotiated fee that provides otherwise, or payment in advance, Regulatory Fees shall be paid in no more than 12 equal monthly installments, each of which shall be due on the first day of each month, which monthly payments shall commence on the first day of the first month of the billing year, or within 45 days following notification of the amount of the forthcoming year’s Regulatory Fee, whichever is later.

  • Regulatory Fees which are so paid and discounted shall not be subject to any retroactive adjustment based on the prior year’s estimate having been over the actual costs of regulation.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Compact to the contrary, the Regulatory Fees for all class III activities under the Compact, including those applicable to the activities described in this Appendix (except for the first year fees set by estimate as provided in Sections 13.4.1 and 13.4.2, shall be set by determining the actual cost of regulating all of Tribe’s class III activities in the preceding year and setting and adjusting the coming year’s Regulatory Fee based thereon.


More Definitions of Regulatory Fees

Regulatory Fees shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Regulatory Fees means all one-time and unique (i) fees and (ii) out-of-pocket costs and expenses paid or payable to any Governmental Authority to make filings or applications or obtain rulings, orders or listings necessary or desirable in connection with the Arrangement, the Separation or the Reorganization, which would not otherwise be paid or incurred but for the Arrangement, the Separation or the Reorganization, but specifically excludes the Tax Rulings and Taxes;
Regulatory Fees means all charges, fees, levies, penalties, additions or other assessments imposed or collected by a Governmental Entity (including any contractor thereto) and includes without limitation any interest, penalties or additions attributable thereto; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, “Regulatory Fees” shall not include Taxes.
Regulatory Fees means the fees payable in respect of the performance of the functions of the Registrar (as delegated to Titles Queensland) in the amounts advised by Titles Queensland from time to time;
Regulatory Fees means payments, whether designated as license fees, permit fees or by another name, which are required by a local government as an exercise of its police power and as a part of or as an aid to regulation of an occupation, profession or business. The amount of a regulatory fee shall approximate the reasonable cost of the actual regulatory activity performed by the County. A regulatory fee may not include an administrative fee. Development impact fees as defined by Paragraph 8 ofO.C.G.A. 36-71-2, Capital Tapping Fees, Tapping Fees or other costs or conditions of zoning or land development are not regulatory fees.
Regulatory Fees means all filing and administrative fees required to be made to a Regulatory Authority in connection with obtaining Regulatory Approval for the Product for the Initial Indication or for a Co-Developed Indication, as applicable, in the Licensed Territory.
Regulatory Fees means all the regulatory fees paid by Seller to the FDA with respect to the federal fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011 in connection with the manufacture of the Products and set out in Section 5.15(f) of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
