Regulation S Bonds definition
Regulation S Bonds means Bonds sold outside the United States of America pursuant to, and in compliance with, Regulation S.
Regulation S Bonds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Regulation S Bonds means all Bonds required to bear a Regulation S Restrictive Legend provided for in Exhibit A, including the Regulation S Global Bond.
