  • For the EU-type approval of non-road mobile machinery, components or separate technical unit which are type-approved in accordance with the procedures and requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 167/2013 or Regulation (EU) 2018/858 shall be accepted, if they are correctly installed and integrated into the non-road mobile machinery and do not affect the conformity of that machinery with the applicable technical requirements.

  • For the purposes of this Regulation, the definitions laid down in Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 shall apply.

  • This shall be construed as a binding provision for national authorities to consider the certificates of conformity to be no longer valid for the purposes of Article 48 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858, except where alternative dates are specified in Annex II of this Regulation in which case those alternative dates are to be followed instead.

  • All Vehicles will be safety-certified in accordance with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) for the US geographic market and the Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 for the EU and UK geographic markets (or any other UK national type of approval if applicable) and otherwise comply with Applicable Law (defined in Section 6.1 of the T&Cs (Compliance with Applicable Law) in effect at the Delivery Date.

  • Member States may exempt from the requirements laid down in this Directive vehicles referred to in point (d) of Article 2(2), points (a) and (b) of Article 2(3) and in points 5.2. to 5.5. and point 5.7. of Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council*.

  • Article 11(1) (4), (5), (6) and (7) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
